Maternity Photography with the Meyer Family in Brentwood, TN

When Kacie reached out to me about shooting her maternity photos, she said she had been really hesitant about getting photos done throughout her pregnancy. She had gone through a lot of hardship with her pregnancy so far. And I couldn’t believe the strength and vulnerability she had in her. She shared her and her husband’s story with me, and I was so inspired by their faith and trust during such a season of loss and uncertainty. And of course I was glad she came around to wanting maternity photos and documenting this special time!

Kacie and Matthew and baby Scout have been a source of encouragement to us. Honestly it was a breath of fresh air to meet them and find prayer partners in them! I am so thankful that she reached out to me about doing a maternity session and took that uncomfortable step out in front of the camera. We had such a fun time together! And Matthew was rewarded with a steak dinner afterwards for tagging along for the session. 😉
