Wedding photography is such an important, personal decision that we want you to feel so good about! Unlike most of your vendors, you’re with your photographer allllll day. So connecting with and feeling comfortable with them is vital. In order to ensure we're the perfect photographers for you, we want to hear all about you, your fiancé, and your wedding dreams.

When we reply back to your initial inquiry, we'll ask about setting up a time to chat with you two - whether over the phone or in person over coffee!
This is your time to ask us any questions you have, and we’ll ask you some too! We want to hear about how you and your fiancé met, things you enjoy doing together, and what you envision for your wedding.
We'll go over our packages with you, talk about what a typical wedding day looks like with us, and help you decide what package works best for you based on your photo timeline needs! We keep things simple with our wedding packages, and most of our couples spend around $3,500-$4,000 for their full-day wedding package and engagement session!
After you have all the information you need from us to make a decision, it's time to book your package! We book weddings on a first come first serve basis, but in most cases, we're able to hold your date for 24 hours after our chat, so that you have some time to talk things over together and make the decision that's best for you.

In order to make things official, we ask for a signed contract and 50% retainer payment. Then, voilà – you're on our calendar! The remaining 50% payment is due one month before your wedding.
If you’ve booked an engagement session with us, we’ll start planning that next! We’ll take a look at our calendar, your season preferences, and find a time that works for all of us.
We recommend doing your engagement session at least 5 to 6 months before your wedding if you plan on using them as prints at your wedding or for Save-The-Dates.

We're available throughout the course of your wedding planning to help with your photo timeline, recommend other vendors, and answer any questions that pop up!
Upon booking with us, we'll send you our Lighting and Timeline Guide that is full of wedding day tips as it relates to photography.
About two months before the big day, we’ll send you our Wedding Questionnaire to fill out which ensures we're completely prepared for your big day! We can either use that information to put together an initial photo timeline for you, or if you already have one going, we can review it and make sure it’s shaping up nicely.

We'll have already gotten all the details we need from you two so that we can show up prepared, do our job to the max, and give you photos to forever cherish.
After your wedding you'll be dying to see some photos that weren't taken with an iPhone, so we'll be sure to send you a few sneak peeks 1-2 days after your day.
1-2 weeks after your wedding we'll then post highlights from your wedding on our blog. We'll send you the link directly so you can share with whoever you'd like. We'll also share with your vendors so they can see their beautiful work.
Your final gallery will be delivered via email 6-8 weeks after your wedding! We recommend you download ALL of your photos immediately and store on 2 separate drives. You can download the hi-res images and order prints all directly from the gallery.
Yes, we travel for a lot of our work! If your wedding is not local to Middle Tennessee, just let us know on the contact form when you reach out, or the next time we chat, and we'll be happy to send you our travel packages.
A thousand times yes! Elopements are a favorite of ours. Let us know where you're eloping on the contact form, as well as how many hours of photo coverage you'd like, and we'll send you the details.
Because we price our services based on cost of running a (full-time, tax paying) business, we do not offer discounts. We value your investment, and we price for what our time, talent,
experience and hard work is worth. We do offer custom packages when our standard wedding packages aren't the best fit for your wedding, so please let us know if you'd like more info!
We help with planning as it pertains to the photography timeline. We have a Lighting and Timeline Guide we give every couple and are there every step of the way to help with all your photography related planning and logistics. We do also strongly encourage each couple to work with an
experienced wedding planner or coordinator.
Nope! We have our couples fill out a questionnaire about two months before the wedding day that provides us with all the information we need. We show up prepared and know
exactly what’s important to you!
RAW files are very large in size, unedited, and can only be opened with certain software, and they're not something we provide or offer for purchase. Editing is included in each package, and it's something we spend a great deal of time on in order to deliver the style of images you expect to see from us. As per industry standard, we maintain copyright and raw images.
Of course! A Personal Print Release is included in each wedding package, which gives you permission to print the photos you receive for personal use. There is also the option to order prints directly from your gallery if you wish to do so!
Yes! Our style is very candid, but we provide prompts, direction, and will guide you through your portraits. We want you to feel comfortable and free to be yourself, so don't overthink or stress over this! We got ya.
It typically takes 6-8 weeks for us to deliver wedding galleries. We share a blog post showcasing highlights from each wedding 1-2 weeks after the big day, and also share sneak peeks on social media often too. So be sure to follow along! When the gallery is ready, you’ll get an email from us with all the info you need to access and download your photos.
We deliver all photos via a private online gallery. You can order professional prints and canvases from the gallery, as well as download all the hi-res files. Galleries are hosted for 3 months from the day they are delivered to you, and they're included in all our collections!
