Downtown, Rooftop Engagement Shoot in Nashville, TN

My brudder Cale is getting married! And a few weeks ago we shot he and his lovely lady Kristen’s engagement photography in Nashville! As I mentioned in their proposal post, we have all been long awaiting this day and it’s crazy to think that in just a few weeks they’ll be MARRIED!!! I can hardly contain myself.

We went downtown Nashville on probably the coldest Saturday of the year thus far to shoot their engagement photos. These two are very outdoorsy and many of their photos together are out in nature and greenery. So, they decided to change it up a bit for the engagement photography and chose downtown Nashville for the location. I love the glow of the lights in city spaces and the fun textures and backgrounds you can find. It’s always an adventure, especially when you’re trying to dodge tourists and bachelorette parties! However, since it was absolutely freezing outside the crowds were majorly slimmed down. #score #photobombfree

I just get (happily) teary eyed thinking about what’s to come for Cale & Kristen. I know God has the most wonderful plans for them. I’m so proud of all they’ve already accomplished and just for who they are. WEDDING HERE WE COME! 1.6.19. <3
