I recently took a trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN to use some Dollywood tickets before they expired (we went on the very last day of the season)! We ended up deciding to make a nice weekend trip out of it, working in a hike to the Smoky Mountain’s Chimney Tops and other fun amusements. Although all the outdoor roller coasters were closed at Dollywood because of the low temps and the trek up the mountain was full of ice & mud, we truly had an amazing time! Dolly still didn’t disappoint (I think Stevie and I want to work there when we’re like 67 –  he’ll make leather wallets and i’ll make cinnamon bread). And the challenge of the hike really did make the view that much more rewarding. Below are some iPhone images I captured throughout the weekend and some of my favorite sights. Enjoy 🙂
