I recently had the opportunity to shoot Chelsea & Jacob Edwards wedding in Jackson, TN, and it was definitely a day to remember. All the festivities – from getting ready, to photographing the wedding party, to the ceremony, to the reception – were held on Casey Jones Village’s grounds at their Village Chapel and The Providence House, and there was something so neat and close-knit about everything throughout the day happening in the same spot. This place was so perfect for this couple, and oh my goodness was it a beautiful venue to photograph. (I was dying over the huge windows with gorgeous light flooding in.) The Providence House was used for the girls & guys getting ready and their outside deck was used for the reception, so everyone was coming in and out, up and down, all day – preparing food, decorating, etc. It was so entertaining and fun!

Chelsea and Jacob are an amazing couple. I mean amazing. Jacob is in the military and after only a few short weeks of being married, he left for a 9 month deployment overseas. The strength that these two have is just incredible. I’m so honored I got to be around them on their special day and feel blessed to have witnessed the love they share. I pray that these 9 months fly by so fast and they’re together again before they know it, with an even stronger, deeper love than they had before! Chelsea and Jacob, thank you for letting me be part of your day. Love you both!
